Kilbrittan 5-15 Aghabullogue 0-05
Aghabullogue bowed out of the 2011 Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship following their defeat to Kilbrittan on Saturday 20th August in Pairc Ui Rinn.
Kilbrittan opened much the stronger and had a tally of 1-07 to their name before John Corkery recorded Aghabullogue's first score of the game with a point from play.
Kilbrittan kept the pressure on and added a further one goal and two points to their tally. Patrick Finnegan did add a point from a free for Aghabullogue but at half time,
Kilbrittan were well in control on a half time score of 2-09 to 0-02.
Kilbrittan again proved to be too strong for Aghabullogue in the second half and recorded scores to a total of 3-06. Aghabullogue men John Buckley,
John Corkery and Patrick Finnegan (free) scored one point each for Aghabullogue but in the end the final scoreline read 5-15 to 0-05.
